About the Project
An e-commerce brand needed a custom order processing system that went beyond what off-the-shelf solutions could handle. We built a full order booking flow inside Zoho CRM with promo code and gift card support, real-time inventory sync, automated PDF receipt generation for thermal printers, and a custom widget-based interface for staff. The system handles coupon validation, discount stacking logic, and integrates with their accounting setup in Zoho Books. Processes thousands of orders monthly. Project details under NDA.
