About the Project
A client needed to move their operations tracking from spreadsheets to something that could actually scale. We built a custom Zoho Creator application with session scheduling, timer-based WhatsApp alerts, staff dashboards, and comprehensive reporting. The platform integrates with Zoho CRM for customer data and uses AiSensy for automated notifications. Features include real-time session timers, configurable alert thresholds, and exportable analytics. Handles hundreds of sessions daily without issues. Project details under NDA.
